Science Park Novosibirsk Russia (in russian: Технопарк Новосибирского Академгородка) located in Akademgorodok - a small city with over 40 research institutions and a national level university (more about Academgorodok).

 

Science Park of Novosibirsk Academgorodok is being created as a universal environment for commercialization of technologies generated by local research institutions. Almost 50 research institutions are functioning in this small city (Akademgorodok), however most of the technologies created here have not been commercialized yet. The Science Park is currently being built in Akademgorodok (project funded by Russian government) to provide infrastructure (buildings, laboratory space, and production lines) to attract new companies and investors interested to commercialize the technologies created here.
